Notice to Shareholders Regarding Protection Measures for Share Certificates Subject to Conversion to Electronic Securities

With the enforcement of the "Act on Electronic Registration of Stocks, Bonds, Etc." (hereinafter the "Electronic Securities Act") on September 16, 2019, the Company hereby notifies the holders of share certificates subject to conversion to electronic securities of the following matters, pursuant to Article 27(1) of the Electronic Securities Act, in order to protect their rights.

– Details –

1. Following the enforcement of the Electronic Securities Act (September 16, 2019), physical share certificates (subject to conversion) held by shareholders (rights holders) will become invalid from the Company's scheduled electronic registration date (March 10, 2026).

2. Therefore, shareholders (rights holders) must notify the Company of their securities account (an electronic registration account in which shares, etc. are electronically registered) and submit their physical share certificates (subject to conversion) by five business days before the scheduled electronic registration date (March 3, 2026). The procedure is as follows.

※ Actions Required of Shareholders

Shareholders who hold their shares in a securities account do not need to take any separate action.

- Shareholders who have not received their share certificates or who hold physical certificates are requested to submit their physical share certificates to the Company and request deposit into their account by five business days before the scheduled electronic registration date (March 3, 2026).

3. The Company (the issuer) will request the electronic registration institution (Korea Securities Depository) to carry out electronic registration based on the rights holders listed in the shareholder register as of the business day immediately preceding the electronic registration date (March 10, 2026).
